Thomas Rhett makes us what to relive our younger days with “Sixteen”. After releasing four number one hits from his album, Life Changes, this will be Rhett’s fifth track off the album to be released. “Sixteen” talks about the longing for people to want to go back to their younger days after they’ve passed milestones like 18, 21 and 25. “As a kid, you can’t wait to grow up and reach that next milestone, but when you’re older, you look back and wish you could just be 16, or 18 or 21 again,” TR tells Huffpost about the single.
Rhett will release a deluxe version of Life Changes on September 21st which will include three new tracks. Rhett is currently on tour with Midland and Brett Young for his “Life Changes” tour.
