Social Media Leaves Us Feeling Lonely

A new report says more and more Americans are feeling lonely – and social media might be to blame. According to a study from Cigna, three out of five adults report feeling lonely some or all of the time.  Those rates are even higher among young people aged 18-22, and among people who describe themselves as “heavy social media users”.
