Lady A Announces Record Label Switch

Lady Antebellum announced that they are changing from Capitol Nashville to Big Machine Label Group on Tuesday.

“We have been truly blessed throughout our career to work with some of the brightest people in music,” Lady A singer Hillary Scott stated. “We’ve watched BMLG become the powerhouse they are from the sidelines and couldn’t be more excited to become part of their family. Scott and other members of Lady A have a connection to some of Big Machine’s management team, Scott’s mother (Linda Davis) and father (Lang Scott) worked with BMLG President/CEO Scott Borchetta and BMLG President Jimmy Harnen while they were with Dreamworks.

Lady A is working on new music with their new label as well a working alongside labelmates, Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, and Florida Georgia Line. They’re currently on tour throughout the United States until November 3rd. Will a new label bring a new sound to Lady A?
